My experience in photojournalism has taught me so much about gathering, researching, editing, and presenting all the information in an interesting, and educational way. My first photojournalism project was on the process of “sugaring,” or the making of maple syrup. I had the benefit of my husband’s family helping me with this incredible project. They have a 205 acre farm, with nearly thirty acres of maple trees. The family has owned the farm for many years and have been through several processes to create maple syrup. This project was very educational and interesting, and I am very happy to share my project with you.
